LPB currently offers a delicious gluten-free biscotti - Coconut Ginger with Lemon Glaze.

The biscotti is made in small batches with the finest ingredients, including almond flour and a hint of cinnamon. Each hand-rolled and hand-cut loaf is twice-baked for a soft crunch with a unique, fresh flavor. Photos show the baking process, start to finish!

Biscotti is sold in 3-piece packages for $7 each, or a box (about 12 pieces) for $26. They freeze well in air-tight containers for up to three months.

Ingredients: Almond Flour, Brown Sugar, Eggs, Crystallized Ginger, Shredded Unsweetened Coconut, Unsalted Butter, Coconut Oil, Vanilla Extract, Baking Powder, Salt, Cinnamon. Glaze: Powdered Sugar, Almond Milk, Lemon Extract.
